Abia Warriors center back was unused substitute in Super eagles Afcon qualifiers double header against Benin and Lesotho.

He came in as a replacement for Kenneth Omuero who couldn’t join the eagles.

The eagles win both fixtures defeating Benin Republic 1-0 and Lesotho 3-0

Paul Onuachu, Etebo and Victor Osimehen were all on target for eagles.

Abia Warriors center back couldn’t get his chance in both fixtures.

But he’s delighted to have been part of the squad.

Adeleke claimed he learn lots of things from the players and the coach that will help him going forward.

“It’s a very nice experience and I learn something that will help in my career and also help me when I go back to my club,” Adeleke revealed.

“Training with so much experience players is nice and enjoyable and learning process for some of us who are new to the team.

“The players were so nice and they thought me so many new things that can help improve my game. The coach too taught me things I need to know and that will help me play at top level.”
