Chibundu Amah of Heartland FC of owerri is confident that is team will bounce back from a poor starts to Npfl season.
Heartland are yet to recorded a point in the ongoing Nigerian professional football league season recording zero win in their last two matches, they are set to face the defending champions Pleatue United in Match day three fixtures.
Chibundu who didn’t featured in the 3-2 loss to Kastina in matchday one due to registration issues hope his side will bounce back.
Speaking to soccerhub correspondence via WhatsApp, he claims he is not under any form of pressure to perform, but hope to give his best for the team.
“I must say I feel really good, at least having the opportunity to play again after a long time” Chibundu told soccerhub.
“No one is happy with team performance so far but you know in football you win some and lose some.I will say this period has been tough for us as a team and as an individual but I strongly believe we will still go back to our winning ways”
Heartland next game will be against Pleatue United on Sunday.
