Ghanian referee Charles Bulu collapse while officiating Ivory coast vs Ethiopia match.

He was stretched out in the Eighty minutes of the game.

Bulu collapse as he couldn’t stand on his feet at the closing stage of the competition.

Ivory Coast had qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations billed for January next year in Cameron

At international level, the fourth official is usually appointed as the replacement if the referee is unable to continue to officiate the game.  

However, the fourth official, Koussi Biro, was ineligible to take charge of the Group K clash on account of being Ivorian.

The assistant referee took over to complete the match, but end the game at 90mins despite all the time wasted.
